Your driver will fetch you from your riad in Marrakech at 08:30. The waterfalls are located north of Marrakech, in the village of Tanaghmeilt, in the province of Azilal. It is about a three-hour drive to get there. Your day trip to Ouzoud Waterfalls begins with a scenic drive through the stunning vistas of the Moroccan countryside. You will be captivated by the ever-changing landscapes, ranging from lush valleys to charming Berber villages scattered along the path.

Having arrived at Ouzoud Waterfalls, your local guide can take you on a hike to explore the surrounding countryside which offers olive trees, fig trees and colourful windflowers that thrive in this oasis of natural beauty.

During your journey, you will encounter delightful Barbary macaques, the native inhabitants of the region. Admire their playful antics and observe them in their natural habitat. Remember to keep your belongings secure, as these creatures are known for their curiosity! As you reach the falls, take in the panoramic views and capture the moment with stunning photos.
